Support Channels
Aztech provides assistance on an ongoing basis as remote assistance, on site assistance or at our offices in Penrose.
Remote Assistance
Support can be provided via the Internet if you have a broadband connection and remote access allowed on your server. This allows us to create either a VPN or Terminal Services connection over the Internet, giving us access to your server and the business system application. This method saves significantly on travel time is highly convenient and for clients.
On Site Assistance
Where you need face to face assistance, one of our consultants will come and work from your offices.
Aztech-Office Assistance
We also offer clients the option to visit the Aztech offices in Penrose where our boardroom is often used for training and consultancy services.
Support Hours
We provides support services during normal business hours, Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 5:00pm, excluding public holidays and regional holidays. We are also available for support on public holidays on request.
