Aztech Solutions has a tried and tested methodology which we apply to all of our implementations. Our aim is to implement Advanced Business Manager as simply and quickly as possible, ensuring that we meet agreed deadlines and ‘go live’targets.
Our focus is also on your return on investment; ensuring that the benefits to be gained from implementing Advanced Business Manager happen as quickly as possible.
We endeavour to provide a ‘no surprises’ implementation; uncovering as much about your business as we can before embarking on the setup and configuration of Advanced Business Manager and training your staff. Our approach is managed and controlled where we work with you and advise on how best to use Advanced Business Manager within your business. We have many years of business knowledge gained through working with many organisations and in implementing Advanced Business Manager, these skills are employed on your site offering you a wealth of knowledge and being able to advise on how other companies have approached or solved the same issues.
Typically more than one consultant from our organisation will be involved in your implementation. A lead consultant will be appointed and they will have overall responsibility for the project and its outcomes. Other consultants will become involved in the project to provide additional resources when required, because of special skills that they may have in an area needed by your project but also to ensure that more than one person in our organisation has an understanding of your business and how Advanced Business anager is used to address your business needs.
